Branch Executive

PickMe is seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our district development plans, handling driver-partner relations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the district development plan by enhancing supply and demand
• Provide training sessions for driver-partners on the product and platform
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring excellent service quality
• Organize and participate in district activations and promotions
• Deliver results and complete assigned tasks on time

Qualifications:

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work extra hours when required
• Residents in and around the Gampaha area are encouraged to apply
• Open to both male and female candidates
• Willingness to support additional company tasks as needed
