Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire, manage, and retain individual and corporate clients to sell software solutions (Smart Point of Sale, Digital Signage)
  • Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships to drive long-term business growth
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value to prospects
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop lead generation strategies and enhance product offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging markets
  • Report to the Director, Sales and Operations

Key Skills
  • Strong business development and sales management capabilities with a proven track record
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Mandatory experience in sales and management of similar software or IT solutions
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development (software sales)
  • Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage

Salary + Incentives + Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Allowance (based on industry standards and candidate experience)
