Call Center Executives

Responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound calls.
  • Handle customer queries and provide support.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Working hours: 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be between 18–35 years old.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil or Hindi.
  • Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
  • "Expat Indians" in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
  • Transportation will be provided from the office after work hours.

Remuneration Package: Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus + Commissions exceeding Rs. 100,000 (Incentives pegged to USD).
