Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming leads on social media platforms
• Identify and prioritize leads for conversion
• Follow up promptly and direct leads to the right team
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams
• Maintain accurate lead tracking data
• Monitor lead conversion performance and provide insights
• Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns
• Provide a seamless experience for leads

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media marketing and lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
