Intern – Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and validating in-house quality and production standards in line with product specifications
• Support the team in maintaining global QMS compliance with ISO and other international quality standards
• Participate in reviewing and approving batch sheets, test reports, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Help monitor customer requirements and support initiatives that enhance satisfaction and service standards
• Contribute to developing and implementing quality specifications for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products
• Collaborate on setting and enforcing quality, health, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Assist in preparing technical reports and management summaries, including deviation analysis and corrective actions
• Support training efforts and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Help analyze statistical data to drive process optimization and better decision-making
• Be involved in internal audits, inspections, non-conformance handling, and control sample management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or relevant coursework in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related field
• Knowledge or prior exposure to solvent extraction, food manufacturing, or chemical processing is a plus
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or other relevant certifications
• Strong interest in quality systems, audits, and compliance processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
