Officer – Call Center (Head Office)
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective world-class service to all stakeholders who connect via the hotline and accomplish all assigned duties while supporting the department's objectives.
Requirements:
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM/IASL or a Diploma in Marketing or Business Management from a recognized university/institute
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care Management, Front Line, Service Desk, or Call Centre preferred
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala. Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, multitask, and perform under pressure
