Job Profile

The Production Assistant – Furniture will be responsible for improving the technical knowledge and competencies of the production team and will serve as a multi-tasking expert with the required leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include production scheduling, deploying employees, and working closely with the workforce to provide the necessary leadership to meet production targets.

Personal Profile

• Aged between 25 to 35 years
• Good results in GCE O/L and A/L
• HNDE / NDT or equivalent qualification in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• Good command of English and Sinhala languages, with strong PR skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (prior experience in a similar background is an added advantage)
• Willingness to work extended hours
