Training Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to join the Human Resources department at Nawaloka Hospitals PLC. This role will involve managing training needs and ensuring the successful delivery of employee development programs.


Requirements:
  • Diploma or relevant certification in Marketing, Training & Development, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or a similar role (preferably in the healthcare sector)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Age between 24–35 years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support internal and external training initiatives
