Senior Contact Centre Associate (Fixed Term Contract)

We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our 24/7 Contact Centre operation.

Job Profile:

• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
• Educate customers on the bank’s full range of products and services

Applicant Profile:

• Age below 35 years
• G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel or Cambridge O/L with credit passes in Mathematics and English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Strong communication skills; trilingual or bilingual candidates preferred
