Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming leads on social media platforms.
• Identify and prioritize leads for conversion.
• Follow up promptly and direct leads to the right team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking data.
• Monitor lead conversion performance and provide insights.
• Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns.
• Provide a seamless experience for leads.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
