Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new merchants and customers for digital payment platforms to support business growth
• Assist and manage Regional Officers and Digital Champions in merchant acquisition
• Support and maintain existing merchant base with technical assistance and service
• Oversee payment reconciliations, settlements, and resolve transaction issues efficiently
• Prepare documentation including BRDs, proposals, agreements, memos, and internal approvals
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth integration and operations
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns to promote digital banking products
• Design and develop marketing materials including EDMs, brochures, and banners
• Conduct product training sessions for both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to product releases
• Support product development with troubleshooting and issue tracking
• Analyze data on product/channel performance and provide insights
• Develop dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, with exposure to Digital Banking
• Diploma in Digital Banking or a similar qualification is an added advantage
• Fully or part qualification in IT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and team collaboration skills
