Online Fashion Merchandiser

Experience: 3–5 years | Location: Work from home

We are hiring an Online Fashion Merchandiser for our client in the Apparel and Fashion Industry based in London, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for curating and managing the online product assortment, optimizing product visibility, and driving sales on the e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

Online Merchandise Planning and Assortment Selection:
• Develop and execute online merchandise plans based on sales targets, inventory levels, and customer preferences
• Curate product assortments aligned with brand identity, target audience, and seasonal trends
Visual Merchandising and Presentation:
• Optimize product placement, categorization, and search functionality for improved discoverability and user experience
• Monitor website layout and UI for brand consistency
Sales Analysis and Performance Monitoring:
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and KPIs to assess product performance
• Generate sales reports and insights to guide merchandising and marketing strategies
Pricing and Promotion Strategy:
• Track competitor pricing and promotional activities
• Implement promotions and discounts to drive traffic and conversions
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies
• Coordinate with third-party marketplaces to ensure listing accuracy

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• Experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for fashion, digital trends, and online retail innovation
• Must be able to work from 1 PM to 10 PM (Sri Lanka time)
