Student Recruitment Executive – Jaffna / Nugegoda Branch

The Job:

• Actively engage in recruiting prospective students by explaining the university's programmes and admission processes.
• Guide students and parents in course selection based on interests, academic background, and career goals.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions via CRM and other platforms.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets for each intake.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, alumni, schools, and educational agents.
• Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels.
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, webinars, workshops, and open days.
• Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to align communication and processes.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Understanding of basic marketing principles and education market trends.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
