Trainee Sales Executive

Job Requirements :

• Professional qualification from SLIM (Diploma level or above)
• A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a dynamic, field-based environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take on challenges
• Possession of a valid driving license
• Proficiency in Tamil language is a definite advantage
• Age below 30 years

Responsibilities :

• Support regional sales operations by assisting field teams and engaging with customers and retailers
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving market coverage
• Engage in customer relationship management and territory development
