Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls
- Identify client needs and provide accurate solutions
- Research and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services
Work Schedule:
- Work any 5 days of the week
- 8-hour shift patterns
- Additional allowances for weekend and holiday shifts
