Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Identify client needs and provide accurate solutions
  • Research and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services

Work Schedule:

  • Work any 5 days of the week
  • 8-hour shift patterns
  • Additional allowances for weekend and holiday shifts
