Manager - Card Products

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust product strategies for debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
• Lead the end-to-end launch of new card products and enhancements.
• Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (including card schemes).
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies.

The Person:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking, out of which 4 years with demonstrable involvement in Payment Card Product Management within Banking/Financial services.
• Full or part qualification in Finance, Banking, or a fully or partially completed degree in Management or an equivalent qualification. An MBA will be an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of payment networks, industry trends, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for stakeholder management.
