Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end visa application process for internal and external customers.
• Ensure all applications are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
• Stay up to date with immigration laws and visa regulations in relevant countries.
• Ensure the organization or clients remain compliant with legal requirements.
• Handle queries and provide timely updates on visa application statuses.
• Communicate and coordinate with embassies, consulates, immigration departments, and other relevant bodies.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient ticketing processes, including handling cash or electronic payments.
• Preparing and issuing tickets, boarding passes, and other travel documents.
• Collect, review, and verify all required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa-related paperwork.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Assisting customers in understanding travel requirements, such as visa and passport information.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in interactions with customers.
• Maintaining records of ticket sales, reservations, and customer information.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the travel industry is a plus.
• Having IATA license is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the Amadeus System is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary.
• Customer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
