WE ARE HIRING: Training & Development Manager

At Future Life Holdings Limited, a fast-growing, diversified conglomerate, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Training & Development Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute training initiatives across all our diversified business sectors, including Microfinance, Supermarkets, Travel, Advertising, Home Electronics, Healthcare, IT, Hotels, Agro Products, Housing & Business Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate training needs across group companies.
- Develop and execute effective training strategies and programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers.
- Ensure consistent delivery of training across all branches.
- Monitor post-training effectiveness and continuous improvements.
- Organize and oversee in-house and external training events, including weekend sessions.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- A strong educational background in HR, Business Management, or relevant fields.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka.
- Flexible to conduct or attend training sessions on Saturdays.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
