Abans Service is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Executive to join our team in Negombo. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless workflow between our customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination.
- Engage with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to technical operations.
- Schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and follow up on customer and technician requirements.
- Serve as a central point of contact between management, customers, and technical staff.
Key Requirements:
- A Diploma or Certificate course in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role (exposure in a technical, engineering, or IT environment is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers and technicians.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office administration tools.
- Ability to work independently with responsibility and professionalism.
