WE'RE HIRING: Medical Attendant Grade I (Male)

A key role in the Airport Medical Unit!

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the right attitude to fill the vacancy of Medical Attendant Grade I (Male) to assist the medical and non-medical staff of the Airport Medical Unit and ensure quality patient care for visiting passengers and AASL staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Nursing Officer in carrying out the day-to-day work of the Company Medical Unit.
• Clean and sterilize medical equipment and keep the Medical Unit clean and tidy all the time.
• Prepare and prepare the bed linen and send the used linen to the laundry.
• Take passengers/staff who fall ill and are in a critical stage to the hospitals by ambulance.
• Assist the nursing staff to check the inventory of the Medical Unit.
• Assist the medical and non-medical work, office work of duty doctor, nursing staff, and Company Medical Officer.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Should pass six (06) subjects in G.C.E. (O/L) examination with English Language & Science/Health Science.
• Should possess a valid CPR Certificate from a recognized institute.
• A minimum of Four (04) years experience in the relevant field.
• Age: Below 35 years on the closing date for applications.
• Language: Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala is required. Conversant in Tamil Language will be an an added advantage.
