A full-time, remote opportunity for a creative editor to produce Islamic, value-driven content.
About the Role:
Dezyn Spectrum is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who can bring stories to life through visually engaging edits. This role is ideal for a Muslim creative passionate about producing Islamic, value-driven content that inspires and educates audiences across digital platforms. This is a fully Remote position with Flexible Working Hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (e.g., reels, long-form educational videos).
- Add and refine captions/subtitles with accurate timing and strong aesthetic flow for maximum viewer retention.
- Collaborate with the creative team on storytelling, pacing, and aligning with brand visuals.
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across all content produced.
- Implement creative ideas that enhance viewer engagement and retention metrics.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must have).
- Experience with CapCut or After Effects is a significant plus.
- Strong sense of visual rhythm, captions, and overall content flow.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must align with Islamic values and demonstrate integrity and creativity in work.

Compensation & Notes:
- Initial Salary: LKR 45,000.
- Salary will increase based on skill and performance progression.
