As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in shaping the patient experience, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining the high standards of our healthcare services.

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate/Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, General Administration, Customer Service, Data Management, Secretarial Practice, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, appointment systems).

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is an advantage.
• Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to handle appointments, billing, patient records, and inquiries efficiently.
