Marketing Assistant

Universal Marble & Granite is looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role perfect for a motivated individual who is passionate about marketing and sales. You will be responsible for both digital marketing efforts and direct client engagement, bringing fresh ideas to the table to help grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content for Instagram and Facebook using Canva and AI tools.
• Manage and schedule posts via Meta Business Suite.
• Track and analyze post reach and engagement to optimize performance.
• Visit architects to promote our marble & granite for large projects.
• Capture high-quality photos/videos and write engaging captions.
• Work independently and contribute creative ideas to our marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Skilled in Canva, Instagram, Meta Suite, and basic AI tools.
• Confident, creative, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Fluent in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a bonus).
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Willing to travel and meet clients/architects.
• Possess a passion for marketing, design, and branding.
