Tech Associate

Responsibilities

• •Install and update Point of Sales (POS) machines at customer locations using the company's internal systems.
• •Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the POS systems.
• •Complete all services and breakdowns assigned within the allocated time period.
• •Provide satisfactory customer service.
• •Coordinate with back office to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• •Stay updated with the latest technical knowledge and training.
• •Perform any other related duties assigned by CBA management.

Qualifications

• •G.C.E. O/L and any IT-related certificate or equivalent.
• •Understanding of electronic or software systems.
