We Are Hiring - Call Center Executive (Female)

Responsibilities

• •Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• •Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• •Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• •Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.

Key Requirements

• •Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service/call center role (experience in freight forwarding/import-related fields is an added advantage).
• •Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is compulsory.
• •Ability to multitask and handle stress efficiently.
• •Strong professional demeanor to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• •Age below 30 years.

Location: Kotikawatta, Sri Lanka

Salary: 50,000/- to 80,000/-
