We're Hiring: Intern – Learning & Development

Come join our team as an Intern in Learning & Development and gain valuable exposure in HR practices and employee development strategies.

What You Need to Do:

• Coordinate and arrange training programs
• Implement relevant exams and prepare result sheets
• Finalize exam results and calculate relevant incentive schemes for employees
• Arrange reviews as required, by the relevant stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

• Partial completion of a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a recognized university
• Ability to translate Sinhala language into Tamil language
• Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
