We're Hiring: Security Associate

One Galle Face—Colombo's premier internationally developed and managed fully integrated mixed-use development by the Shangri-La Group—is destined to become the pride of Colombo.

If you are a results-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and a high commitment to work with a "can-do" attitude, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Security Associate.

You Should Possess:

• Sound educational background (minimum G.C.E. O/L pass)
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential or corporate security
• Good physical condition to perform 12-hour shifts
• Experience with Fire Life Safety systems and certification in First Aid (added advantage)

You Should Be Able To:

• Represent the organization at all levels and act as a brand ambassador
• Train other security associates and conduct safety drills
• Coordinate with other departments on safety and security matters
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate a result-oriented mindset and a strong willingness to learn
