Tele Sales Executive (Maharagama)

Key Responsibilities:

• •Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and answer inbound calls from interested prospects.
• •Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
• •Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
• •Maintain good relationship with the existing customer base.
