Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, manage, and retain individual and corporate clients to sell software solutions (Smart Point of Sale, Digital Signage)
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships to drive long-term business growth
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value to prospects
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop lead generation strategies and enhance product offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging markets
- Report to the Director, Sales and Operations
Key Skills
- Strong business development and sales management capabilities with a proven track record
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Mandatory experience in sales and management of similar software or IT solutions
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in lead generation and client acquisition
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development (software sales)
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage
Salary + Incentives + Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Allowance (based on industry standards and candidate experience)
