Call Center Executives
Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide support.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Working hours: 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be between 18–35 years old.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil or Hindi.
- Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- "Expat Indians" in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
- Transportation will be provided from the office after work hours.
Remuneration Package: Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus + Commissions exceeding Rs. 100,000 (Incentives pegged to USD).
