Role Profile

• Assist with employee onboarding by handling CVs from internal and external sources
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Update recruitment and employee referral databases
• Organize induction programs with key personnel
• Coordinate local and foreign training programs
• Maintain training and development databases
• Assist in processing training-related payments

Personal Profile

• Final year undergraduate or fresh graduate in HRM or Business Administration from a recognized university
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office package
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
