Operations Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Oversee full operations of the boutique hotel, including the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and front-of-house functions to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments for consistency and compliance
- Ensure all hotel and restaurant operations align with local health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain service standards across all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Promptly address guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships to drive repeat visits and referrals
- Supervise all food and beverage operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings meet brand and guest expectations
- Ensure venues are prepared for daily service and special events
- Work with the Events team to plan and execute high-quality events
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns
- Monitor financial performance in coordination with the Accounts team
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational
Summary of Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Property Management Systems and Revenue Management Systems
- 3–5 years' experience in operations management in a 3 to 5-star hotel
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
