Candidate Prerequisites
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process modeling
- Understanding of complex business processes and ability to map them for IT systems
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, database concepts, and SQL would be advantageous
- Knowledge of industry best practices, business process re-engineering, and BI concepts is a plus
