SriLankan Airlines Limited is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Manager Corporate Investigations to ensure the effective oversight and strategic direction of the investigations function and travel document verification processes across all UL flight operations.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding and elevating the performance of the investigations team to safeguard the company's operational credibility and uphold its reputation at every level, representing the airline to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee investigation quality and strategic direction, escalating critical cases to leadership, while representing the company to law enforcement, government, and regulatory authorities.
• Take overall accountability for the planning, allocation, and optimization of manpower, logistical, and operational requirements for both the Investigations and Document Checking functions.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for prosecution-related and Disciplinary Inquiry (DI) cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards.
• Audit investigation and document verification processes to maintain high operational standards and resolve critical incidents swiftly and professionally.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Investigations and Document Checkers teams, setting clear performance expectations and identifying development needs.
• Collaborate with divisional heads to align investigation activities with organizational objectives and policies, while managing the annual budget for Safety and Service Trainings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years overall work experience, OR an Attorney-at-Law of Sri Lanka with 6 years overall work experience.
• Experience must be in areas related to Human Resources (Employee Relations/Industrial Relations/Compliance/Legal/Investigation).
• Out of the 6 years, a minimum of 4 years must be in a Managerial Capacity or similar in a relevant discipline.
• Age to be not more than 40 years as of 02nd October 2026.
• Must be a Sri Lankan Citizen.
• Employment will be offered on a fixed-term contract. Influencing will be a reflection of unsuitability.
