Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to meet business objectives.
• Support and expand dealer networks, showroom operations, and distribution channels.
• Foster relationships with architects, designers, and contractors through engagement programs.
• Lead digital marketing efforts to enhance customer journeys and brand visibility.
• Work with design teams to develop targeted propositions and manage product portfolios.
• Coordinate with sales teams to implement need-based sales programs.
• Develop marketing strategies for international expansion and export growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing product and brand marketing team.
• Monitor market trends and analytics to develop data-driven strategies for growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in marketing.
• Experience in the tiles, ceramics, or construction materials industry is preferred.
• Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and channel management is essential.
• Proven skills in dealer network and showroom management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and influencing capabilities.
