Candidate Profile:

• Age below 23 years
• GCE O/L with minimum 6 passes including credits in English and Mathematics
• GCE A/L with minimum 3 passes (excluding General English)
  or
• Diploma/HND in Management, Finance, or any other related field
• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office) is essential
• Effective communication skills; being trilingual is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service is an added advantage
