Educational Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/certification in Computer Science / IT or Computer Hardware & Network from a recognized institute.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Troubleshooting computer hardware (RAM, CPU, HDD, motherboards, etc.).
• Understanding of networking concepts: IP addressing, LAN/WAN, routers, switches.
• Familiarity with Windows / Linux / Mac OS operating systems.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network connections.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic firewall rules.
• Cabling and network setup knowledge is an added advantage.
