INTERN - IT TECHNICAL

We are seeking a talented and motivated Intern - IT Technical to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment, assisting with the essential IT operations that keep our organization running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing technical support to staff and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Help maintain and monitor company networks, routers, switches, and basic IT infrastructure.
• Support in setting up and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
• Assist in diagnosing basic network connectivity issues.
• Support IT inventory updates, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Help with email configurations, domain management, and platform support.
• Assist with CCTV, fingerprint, and other security systems setup.

Qualifications:

• Studying or recently completed a qualification in IT or a related field.
• Interest in IT equipment, troubleshooting, and networking.
• Basic understanding of networking and server fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
