We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Island-wide Sales Representative to join our team at Island Trading Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships for our range of tiles and bath wares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through phone calls and visits.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and market trends.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • A valid Bike Riding License is essential.
