We Are Hiring! Receptionist / Front Desk Associate


Join our hospitality team in Kirulapona, Colombo 5.

Seconds Colombo is looking for a reliable, well-presented, and service-oriented individual to join our hospitality team. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Oversee front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Keep records, files, and supplies organized.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams during shifts.
  • Provide accurate information and handle guest concerns courteously.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. O/L or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); Sinhala/Tamil an advantage.
  • Friendly and confident personality with good telephone manners.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office / email / booking systems).
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational rosters.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed appearance.
