We are seeking smart, competent, and energetic candidates who are motivated to drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit dealers and potential distributors regularly to build network strength.
  • Promote the company's cement brand and educate stakeholders on product benefits.
  • Generate new leads and proactively develop the customer base.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Support the company’s branding and promotional activities in the field.

Candidate Profile:

  • Successful completion of GCE A/L or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the hardware field or construction industry sales.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and integrity.
  • Target-driven, time-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Must possess a motorbike with a valid riding license.
