Construction Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly capable Construction Operations Manager. In this senior role, you will be instrumental in overseeing multiple project sites, ensuring operational efficiency, and guiding our construction teams to successfully meet stringent quality, timeline, and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required standards.
• Identify and resolve operational and site-related issues promptly.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with construction, safety, and quality requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates and operational reports to management.
• Improve construction processes, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction operations or project management.
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel between project sites when required.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in high-rise building projects will be an added advantage.
• Membership in a professional body will be an advantage.
