Finishing Supervisor

We are currently looking for a dedicated Finishing Supervisor to join our team. In this vital role, you will help ensure the highest standards of quality and finish in our residential projects, bridging the gap between structural construction and the final, polished home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works (e.g., painting, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) in residential projects.
• Ensure works are completed according to quality standards, drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with the site team.
• Identify and resolve issues related to finishing works, materials, and workmanship.
• Maintain proper records, daily reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in finishing works, preferably in residential building projects.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools (preferred).
