The Role / Key Responsibilities:

The Creative Assistant supports the Creative and Communications teams in content production, branding, digital marketing, and campaign development, ensuring consistent and impactful visual storytelling.

Assist in creating and delivering visual assets and marketing materials.
Help scale and support existing creative projects, contributing to long-term concepts.
Identify new creative opportunities to grow the brand and engage the community.
Build and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers.
Support daily administrative tasks (logistics, project coordination) to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Maintain high standards and ensure consistency across all creative outputs.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

Creative visual designer with strong storytelling skills.
Proficient in design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, quick thinker, and problem-solver.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Languages: English (fluent), Sinhala (fluent, preferred).
Location: Sri Lanka (Colombo or South Coast preferred).
Work setting: Remote / Hybrid.
