WE'RE HIRING! E-Commerce Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to manage the logistical and administrative backbone of our online book sales. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth transaction flow from product listing to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily online store operations including product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, order management, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse / logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, packaging, and delivery with minimal errors.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages.
- Track and analyze post performance to optimize engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, especially in the book industry.
- Increase social media followers and post engagement rates.
