Head of Finance

LEAD FINANCIAL OPERATIONS IN PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT!

Rush Lanka Group is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Head of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our rapidly expanding property development business, including residential apartment construction and sales.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for steering the financial strategy of the company, ensuring robust financial controls, and driving overall project profitability to sustain our growth trajectory in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's finance and accounting functions.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, financial reports, and management accounts.
• Monitor project costs, construction expenses, and project profitability.
• Manage financial planning, cash flow, and working capital.
• Ensure proper financial controls, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Monitor receivables, payments, and collections from apartment sales.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in finance, preferably in property development, construction, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing, financial planning, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
