Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across multiple apartment properties, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and high-quality living environment for all our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment buildings and common areas.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Manage and lead the maintenance team, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor building systems including MEP, lifts, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
• Handle tenant/owner complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records, reports, and asset registers accurately.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in apartment or multi-property buildings.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and safety standards.
• Experience in managing teams and external service providers.
• Good planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems (an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
