WE'RE HIRING! Online Sales & Social Media Executive

A dynamic sales and marketing role focusing on online customer engagement and direct sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook inquiries promptly.
• Following up with online customers and closing sales targets.
• Updating and maintaining our website with new arrivals and product information.
• Assisting with posting engaging content and promotions on social media platforms.
• Coordinating with the shop team for accurate stock and delivery updates.
• Commissions will be met if sales targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• Completed O/Ls (Ordinary Level Examinations).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Great customer service skills for handling online client interactions.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook & website content management platforms.
• Interest in sarees, fashion & customer trends.
• Ability to work independently and stay highly organized.
