Rush Lanka Group is a leading property development company dedicated to creating modern, high-quality residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to spearhead our construction initiatives.

In this crucial leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding construction projects from initial concept through to final completion, ensuring they are delivered with excellence, strictly on time, and completely within budget.

Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and close construction projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Manage risks, issues, and change orders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop project team members.
• Optimize resources and ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
