Makeen Books is a pioneer in the importing and distribution of books in Sri Lanka. We're looking for a talented and energetic Trainee HR Executive to join our team in an immediate vacancy. We're seeking a female candidate who is a self-starter, can work with minimum supervision, and is committed to fostering massive business growth.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are a definite advantage.
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work effectively in a team in a dynamic environment.
